Payment Method

Planable.io accepts any debit or credit card for payment of their monthly or yearly plans. The billing information, including the payment method, can be managed from the Billing tab in the Planable account settings. In addition to viewing the current plan and the number of users and workspaces on the account, the Billing section also provides access to the billing address and billing history. For more details regarding pricing and payment methods, the Pricing page on the Planable website can be checked. It's important to note that when a new user or workspace is added to a Planable account, billing is adjusted immediately and a pro-rated amount for the remaining time on the billing cycle is charged. Conversely, if a user or workspace is removed, credit for the unused time is applied to the account and used on following invoices. If there's any credit on the account, it will be used first to pay for the next invoice. If the credit doesn't cover the full amount of the next invoice, the difference will be charged.

Planable Return Policy?

Planable.io has a refund policy in place. If for any reason, you're ever unhappy with Planable, you can contact them by using Intercom (green icon, right bottom corner) or message them at hello@planable.io. As per their policy, they offer refunds for requests made within 30 days after payment. If you no longer wish to use Planable, you can downgrade or cancel your current plan by going to your company's settings: "Billing". Under your Subscription details, you can select to cancel or downgrade your plan. When canceling your paid plan, you will not lose access to your Planable subscription immediately, you will have access to your workspaces until the end of the billing cycle. If you remove a user or a workspace you will receive a credit for the unused time on that, credit that you can later use to cover your invoice charges.
